I'm planning a trip for May, taking my niece, her BF and their 6 y/o and another niece and her 3 y/o. Can we set up separate charging accounts for each family? We'll be in a 2BR at OKW.

Since we have time before we go, I'm suggesting they purchase a Disney gift card each payday, so there won't be a big cost when they get there. If they charge things to the room (to an account specifically for their room key) then they can use the gc's to pay it off.

Can the resort set up multiple accounts per room for charges?

We just stayed with our best friends in a 2BR OKW in September. Two moms and 4 kids. They were excellent at guest services and connected my and my dd room key with my credit card and connected our friend and her three kids with her credit card. We didn't hook up the Disney Gift Cards, but chose to use them in the parks for our table service meals.
Took about 20 minutes to do the whole transaction but was soooo worth it! We never had one problem the whole time we were there so you should be fine :thumbsup2

During my stay at por last May we had 3 cc on 2 rooms so each party had own cc connected to own kttw card.
