Charging privileges on a child's magic band?

Can I assign a PIN and add charging privileges to my children's MBs? My girls like to get their own snacks from the carts and it would be nice if they could actually do it themselves.

I'm almost positive that children can have charging privileges. I have my children turned off for that.

Our daughters had charging privileges on their MBs. Ages 20, 13, and 11. It was handy when the 3 of them went off on their own or if we were at the pool and they wanted to get a snack/drink. Also, at Comic Rays they split up to get different food from the different food counters. The 11 year old always stayed with a parent or older sister.

My 11 year old (at the time) was able to buy her own popcorn. Yes, you can set up a PIN for anyone with a band.

If you enable room charging, it will be enabled for all persons on the reservation that are 10 or older. You can either establish one PIN for everyone, or make them unique per person. You can also have charging capabilities turned off for select individuals if you wish.

My son loves having charging privileges. He "paid for" our character breakfast at Aulani and asked if he could take us out for dinner when we are in WDW this summer. Now if only I could deduct from his allowance
