charging and ECV?

Hi,
Are there places in Disneyland Park and DCA to charge an ECV while on a ride/watching a show/eating a meal? I'm wondering about the wisdom of bringing an ECV from home. Or would I be better off renting one?

There are some places to charge them but keep in mind unless it has a lithium battery topping off a battery will shorten it's useful life
