Does anyone know how the charges are listed on your folio?

Will I be able to see which card charged what?

Anytime during your stay you can ask a Cast Member at the front desk for a copy of what you have charged at the time. If you do not then on the day you check out your Resort bill will list everything you charged to your room.

Does anyone know how the charges are listed on your folio??

The charges are listed per day, in time stamp order where you or any member in your room with charging priveleges used their card.

Will I be able to see which card charged what?

It depends. When I stayed at the AKL this past December, upon my request midway through our stay one CM printed up my folio and it had the charges listed for each of the KTTW cards registered to my room. On the evening before checkout I had another CM print my bill and it didn't have it sorted.

The IT geek answer is, if the CM is printing from a windows PC, you'll get a bill that looks like a webpage spitting out all charges and whose KTTW card in your room made the charges. If the CM is printing from a unix terminal, you'll get a printout that doesn't spell out the charges per key card.

Look at the back of your room key. There is a long number there. Each individual room key will have the last two digits different. For example, my room key ended in 01 and my husband's ended in 02. The rest of the numbers were the same. When we got our bill, it was easy to see who charged what. That helped because there was one charge that we didn't understand but it was on my card. I rarely charge anything so it was easy to figure out what it was.

If you're there for any length of time and the kids have charging privleges, get a print out and reconcile every night. It could be overwhelming at the end of the week, plus it's easier to resolve problems as they occur.
