Charges/Deposit when booking in advance

Can anyone tell me what deposit is required - or if the deposit is based on some formula, what that is, when making reservations in advance?

Are deposits refundable for a period of time, or once you make the res. is there a fee for cancellation/change?

Depends on your reservation type:

1) Package reservation: deposit is $200, remaining balance due 45 days before arrival (deposit may differ if airfare is involved); cancel with no penalty before 45 days; 45-6 days before arrival $100 penalty; cancel 6 or less days before arrival $200 penalty

2) Room-only reservation: deposit equal to one nights room stay with tax included, cancel up to 6 days prior to arrival with no penalty; under 6 days you lose your deposit.
