Charged amount in full before Hoop Dee and CRT?

I was practicing making ADR's and when clicking through Hoop Dee Do it says:

Reservation Payment Method
Advance payment is required to reserve Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue (Seating Category 2).

Credit Card Advance Payment
$212.00 will be charged to your credit card (including tax and gratuity).View Details

Am I charged in full at booking? I plan on upgrading our free dining plan to the regular plan but haven't done it yet. If I do that first, will that avoid the charge at booking?

Yes you will be charged at booking
Once you upgrade your plan it will give you an option to use your dining plan to hold your reservation

If you do not have the dining plan on your reservation, the system will not recognize it and you will be charged the full amount. If you do upgrade to the regular dining plan before you make your ADR's, the system will give you the option to hold the reservation with dining plan credits.

Keep in mind you bag it on DDP you will be charged the 2 credits anyway.
