Planning on going to Disney during December but my AP is blocked out when I want to go. Just want to see the decorations at the resorts. If I park at TTC, will I still have to pay for parking?

excellent question and I have no answer for it. I've been Gold ever since they changed their AP system so I too am blocked out for the 2 weeks during Christmas/NY. I've never tried parking at the TTC cause I honestly hate it, what I do is park at Disney Springs then take the bus over to the Poly or GF. Then when I'm done I just take the bus back to DS

I wondered the same thing and was told by a CM I know (doesn't work at the parks tho) that the parking is also blocked. But sometimes they don't do more than take a casual look. I usually hold out my AP card and DL and get waved through over 50% of the time. When I use the band, they scan and check. But it is really busy during block out dates, so they may be more vigilant.

If your goal is to see MK area resorts' decorations, then why not park at Wilderness Lodge?
It has the some of the top Christmas decor on its own, and then you can boat over to Contemporary (or MK) and ride monorail to the other MK area resorts.
WL parking would not be as "focused" as the three resorts along the edge of Seven Seas Lagoon.

I've been told by cm's that parking is not affected by the blockout. I have a FL Weekday Select, which is blocked out on weekends. I don't recall whether I've ever tried to park during a weeks-long blockout, but I definitely have parked on weekends with problem.
