what characters are around for meeting? Is Kai Lin at the parks?

Over at US we saw Dora, SpongeBob, The Scobby Gang, the Simpson Crew as well as the Madagascar gang. Then over at IOA we saw some of the Suess Characters and then the Marvel Comic Characters. I don't think Kai Lin is there, didn't see anything for her at all.

I know there are some more characters over at the Barney area in the past we have seen some over at the Toon Island at IOA.

Didn't see anything that would show times, places, and who for character meet and greets.

Ive seen Woody Woodpecker and his gf also,and Im trying to think of who else Ive seen.

Is Kai Lin at the parks?

No...Kai Lan is not at Universal.
