Characters?

We're sailing on DCL for the first-time ever on the 4 night in Dec. DD age 4 is driving me crazy demanding to know "Is SHE going to be on the boat? Is HE going to be on the boat?" and on and on and on about every Disney character she sees on TV or in books or the Disney catalog. It's great that she's excited about the cruise but this is making me nuts! LOL!

Anway, my question is: Who IS going to "be on the boat" (or at CC)? Who can I prepare her to meet?

Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Pluto, Donald, and the Chipmunks will definitely be there. Other definites are Lilo and Stitch and Captain Hook. You will also see Snow White, Belle, Cinderella, Mulan, Peter Pan, Wendy Darling, and Alice in Wonderland. Characters like the Genie, Aladdin, Prince Charming, Aurora, Daisy Duck, Max, the Queen of Hearts, Mr. Smee, and the White Rabbit vary by cruise.

Its probably best not to "promise" anyone. Disney never "guarentees" characters (although you could come darn close to promising Mickey on the cruise).

The princesses are on the ship - but their meets are so mobbed that your dd might not get to meet all of them while they are out.

A lot of the characters appear in the shows - but are not seen out on the ship too often. And then there is just the possiblity of missing people - we saw LOTS of Alice, none of Wendy (though she may have been on the ship). Its a big ship - and sometimes you are doing something else when the character meet happens.
