Characters wandering the parks?

Do Characters wander around the parks anymore or are they only at specific meet and greet spots?

I know from pictures that when hugging wasn't allowed during covid you could spot the characters doing funny things (a few that come to mind, winnie the pooh catching butterflies on the lawn, goofy doing laundry on a balcony) do they still do that?

I’m here now and I have not seen that. Had quite a few trips since things have returned to more normal operations and haven’t seen it
