Characters Unique to DLR?

I spent the last year kicking myself for not getting a picture with Oswald at DCA, so that is at the top of my must-do list for our trip next month.
Are there any other characters/character outfits that are unique to DLR?

The characters in DCA with their BVS specific outfits might count. Mickey has a newsboy outfit, Minnie has a flapper dress, Goofy and Chip and Dale have 20's outfits, too.

I'm pretty sure that Bert and Dr Facilier are unique to DL. Nick and Judy from Zootopia meet at DCA - I don't know if WDW has them. Lightning McQueen and Mater. I see Flynn Rider is meeting today.

I think all of the characters in Carsland are unique...McQueen, Mater, and Red all meet in Carsland (locations vary). There is also DJ, but he's part of a dance party rather than at typical character meet and greet. There are also the Marvel characters (e.g., Captain America, Spiderman) and Star Wars (e.g., Boba Fett in Launch Bay). Depending on when you're going, Groot will be meeting guests in DCA as part of the Summer of Heroes (starting Memorial Day weekend).

You can meet Mickey in his Steamboat Willie outfit at his house in TT (and not anywhere at WDW). Though it requires a bit of luck as he meets there in 4 different outfits.
