Characters/Santa at MVMCP

We are going to MVMCP twice on our upcoming trip and I have 2 M&G questions: 1: Is Santa hard to meet during the party? Where does he usually meet at? Is this one we should try to meet as soon as he comes out? 2: We met the seven dwarves last year at MNSSHP and we aren't interested in the princesses...who should top our list as ones to try to line up for before the party starts? Going off of last years lineup, we would really like to meet Scrooge mcduck and the country bears. Is meeting them ever difficult? Thanks!!

I'm pretty sure that Santa meets right inside the park entrance, off to the left hand side, opposite town square theatre, but I could be wrong.

If scrooge is out, he will be among the most crowded, I suggest going to him first, then over to the Country Bears, they're usually over by the splash mtn area, where Jessie & Woody greet during the day, at least they were last year!

There isn't too much to worry about in terms of insanely long waits for characters if you're not into the dwarves or princesses. The princesses will have their princes out (at least some of them, we aren't sure what will happen with the frozen side of the hall yet) so that's a bonus as well
