What characters are available for pictures & autographs at Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party? Are they located in specific areas or do they just wander the park? Are there characters at the party that are not normally in the parks the rest of the time? Is it better to get autographs at the beginning, middle or end of the party?

At nite before the Hallowishes parade all the villains come out in front of the castle.

Last year I saw them come out and screamed to my husband to watch the baby, I did a flying leap over the heads of children waiting to see the parade and was the first one to see the evil queen! She is my hero!

I was just a wonderful time. We also saw Alice and the queen of hearts on the candy walk.

Well, I won't be going to MNSSHP this year. But the characters I saw last year are:
Toontown
*Mickey
*Minnie
*Leo, June, Annie, and Quncy
*Alice, Mad Hatter, Mr. Walrus, White Rabbit, Queen of Hearts, and Tweedles
*Cinderella and Prince Charming
*Princess Aurora and Prince Phillip

Fantasyland
*Pooh, Piglet, Tigger, and Eeyore
*Grotto Dance Party- Suzy, Perla, and I believe Pinocchio characters
*Snow White and 7 Dwarfs do a group picture (no autographs)
*In front of Castle- Snow Queen, Maleficent, Captain Hook, Frollo, Cruella, Jafar (no autographs)

Tomorrowland
*Tomorrowland Dance Party- Donald, Pluto, and Stitch (no autographs)

Adventureland
*Timon and Rafiki
*Baloo and King Louie
*Terk, Jane, and Tarzan
*Aladdin, Jasmine, Abu, and Genie

Anyone know if Captain Jack Sparrow will be doing M&G's like he did at the Pirate & Princess Party?

Sounds like alot of characters. I like the fact that there are evil characters too, as you don't see them very often. Is there a list of characters available on the party brochures?

Wow. Sounds like that is a great time to go if you want to see villians. I seldom get to see very many villians.

The map only shows the areas where the characters are. But it doesn't list who is there.

Am I correct that the characters do not sign autographs then?

of the characters that can physically sign, the only ones who don't are the villains after their show.

ETA: pardon me.. and the ones at the dance parties

this past friday, it rained during MNSSHP... in fact it poured. Most of the characters from the alice walk, etc. were in the judges tent at toon town. The evil step sisters, prince charming and cindy, march hare, madd hatter, queen of hearts, sleeping beauty and her prince.

The had the cindy carriage out in front of the stroller parking hut (swiss sky way house) but no pics of cindy and charming there.

My friends and I never made it out of Adventureland that night, but we did see Rafiki and Timon, and Baloo and King Louie near the Dole Whip stand (I think the pairs alternate during the night), Genie and Abu behind the Magic Carpet ride and Capt. Hook and Mr. Smee outside of PoTC.

March Hare doesn't make appearances in the parks.

Terk-1: At the 2006 MNSSHP, the 7 dwarfs appearing together did not sign autographs either, they were only taking pictures

Pictures are fine (autographs a little better). Am glad to hear about all the villians & the dwarfs.

I know that Pain & Panic are in the parade. Are they also out for photos? What about the Hitchhiking Ghosts? Are any of the Brer characters available in Frontierland?

Last year, Pain and Panic and the Brer's were not available to meet at the party. But we did see the Brer's during regular park hours. Brer Fox and Bear were appearing in Liberty Square every day (together) and Brer Rabbit was in the Frontierland hoedown along with the Country Bears and Brer Bear.
