Great! One more question... Is there a phone number to call or a website to check to see if it's operating that day? We are thinking of making a special trip over one morning to do it, and I don't want to driver over there, find a place to park, hike over to the balloon....only to find out it's closed due to wind or something and we've wasted a morning...which has happened to us like five times now. Lol. Anybody know if there's a way to confirm that they are up and running before we head that way? Thanks!

When you purchase tickets for this, do you get a ticket with a set boarding time (so that you can go do something else and come back later), or do you just have to stand in line the whole time waiting to get on?
