Characters in Chinese attire?

are there any characters dressed in Chinese attire in the park?
If so where?

You will be more likely to see characters in Chinese attire during Chinese New Year or Spring period. I visited twice in summer time (2016/2018) and have never seen any characters in Chinese attire except Goofy teaching Tai Chi at 9 am in HKDL Hotel as a daily activity for hotel guests.

The characters on Main Street are in Chinese attire during the Chinese New Year event. For the most part, they are not in Chinese attire at any other time of the year.
