Characters for Kids at the CBR?

Is it true that Disney characters now appear each morning at the CBR? If so, where are they and at what times? Do they tell you in advance which ones will be coming?

......might save me the $$$ on the Crystal Palace breakfast if Pooh makes a cameo at the food court.

We were at POR in Feb and kept the scheduale.There are 2x that the characters appear and they were the same characters for both times.For caribbean it was Mon,Wed.,Fri.
Location-Food Court Verandah(rain site-Captain's Tavern)
times-8:10-8:40 and 9:10-9:40
Sorry we asked at the front desk and they said it was a surprise as to who shows up.We went twice and 4 characters were there each time.We were done in about 10 min(maybe 15) I know I was surprised at how quick it was.
