Characters during MK and EC Evening EMH?

Are characters generally out during evening EMH at MK and EC?

Where in the two parks would we be likely to find them? Do they stay out the whole evening? I remember years ago when EMH was E-Night characters could be found around the hub at MK with little to no wait.

For EEMH at Epcot,the Epcot Character Spot is open from 9:00-11:45.For Magic Kingdom,Disney Friends begin "appearing" 45 minutes after the start of EEMH in the Fantasyland Courtyard.If you hang around Fantasyland late enough you "may" even get to ride one of the attractions with a Character.
