Character's at restaurants

I remember seeing a post that lists which Universal resort restaurants have character appearances. I can't find it now. Can anyone help? Also, is it necessary to have a reservation?

I have 2 garden view rooms reserved at the PBH thru HK. I'd like to have connecting rooms. Any suggestions on room #'s or locations? Will I still get the Loews First welcome gift since I booked thru HK?

Confisco's over at IOA has a character breakfast on Friday, Saturday and Sunday 8:30-10:30. It is a lot of fun. They will takes reservations but you can also use your room key to get priority seating at the restaurants.
