If you are asking about those that are available to pose with you for pictures there is Donald, Snow White and her prince, Belle and The Beast, Goofy, Minnie, Mickey. Others here may be able to add to the list.

you can also Meet:
Alice and/Or Queen of Hearts , Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum ,
The Princeses are All in the Princess tent Sometimes With there Princes .
Abu And Genie or Alladin and Jasmine in Adventure land
Scrooge Or Donald In Fanstasyland
Woody And Jesse or Bullseye In The Diamond Horseshoe Jamboree ( Dont forget the Hot Chocolate and Cookies in there too )
And Stitch had his own Meet n Greet in tomorrowland

And OF course Santa Claus

There may Be More But Those are the Ones that I was able to meet Last Year
