What characters can you meet at islands of adventure? Can you find popeye, pink panther?

here is a list of characters we met when we were there betty boop,cat in the hat, grinch, thing1 and thing2 , captain america, rogue,storm,spiderman,wolverine didnt hear anything about popeye our pink panther

Yes for Popeye and Olive Oyl (maybe also Bluto), Sam I Am and his partner. Didn't see pink panther. I think Scooby Doo and Shaggy were at US.
