Characters at CM brunch/lunch or no?

I apologize for what is probably a question that's been asked a million times - I couldn't see any definitely yes or no on the Disney website regarding this - we've only done CM for dinner in the past. Are all the characters there for brunch/lunch at CM at the Contempo? Thank you!
