Characters at 1900 Park Fare Breakfast

I understand the Mad Hatter, Alice and Mary Poppins are the usual characters at the 1900 Park Fare breakfast, but I read somewhere that Tigger and Winnie the Pooh may also appear.

Does anyone know if this is current information?
