Characters and babies

Does anyone know if the characters in the hotels etc are happy to hold babies for pictures?

I have an 8 month old and would like him to be in pics without me, do you think this is possibe? I wouldnt ask then to do it in one of those rushy pic opportunities only the ones where you queue and wait your turn.

My four year old isnt strong enough to hold him really and if she does he ends up looking like a sack of potatoes!!

im not sure (dont hold me to it!) but i SEEM to remember reading/hearing that theyre not allowed to hold babies, not sure if its something to do with insurance, or just incase they drop them.
not sure tho. would be cute tho!

I would think they wouldn't be able to in case of an accident or something. If you were at a character meal you could get your son by himself in a highchair with the character. We have a few of these as the character will come down to your sons level.

I can't imagine they are allowed to hold children of any age, imagine if a character dropped a child
Worse still they would be laying themselves wide open for all sorts of allegations.

Sorry, but I think it's extremely unlikely.
