Okay everyone, I've combined some of the groups so that we have fewer open spots.

For elements, I combined:
Group F2 in with Group A2
Group B2 is combined with Group N
Group C3 is combined with Group I
Group L has been split into Groups K and M

For 4-inch letters, I combined:
Group 1b is combined with Group 6b
Group 2b has been split with Groups 3 and 4

I tried not to combine groups where you'd receive duplicate pieces, but there may be some of that happening with 1 character in a group. If you don't like what I've combined, please let me know now.

Lovemy3kiddos, you are in most every group so you may be receiving quite a few duplicates. If you wish to change/delete any of your groups, please let me know.

I have highlighted in red the characters in each group that are still available.

For the 2-inch letters, we have the following spots still available:

I can handle what I have, but if it makes it easier on you I can drop...I actually was not fully paying attention (being in and out this weekend) how much I had. But, I am comfortable with it if you are ok and think you did a great drop with combining the groups. Just let me know!!

And, question for you on the Villians and haracters 2" letters...does t need to be totally general or are we to each chhose a character or is it a free for all? I am getting all of my ideas sketched out and making the rest of my shopping list, so I want to plan accordingly. In the cruise swap I know we were each picking the character we were doing for our letters. Either way is fine with me, just want to know before starting!!! Thanks!

I'm fine with your groups as long as you are comfortable with them.

As for the Villains how would those of you in that group like to do it? Do you each want to pick a specific villain, just do a generic letter, or everyone do their own thing?
