Character Spot at epcot now a tier 2 [correction, now back to Tier 1]

I was able to switch our seas and Nemo FP to a character spot for our visit next week in epcot

Just pulled up MyDisneyExperience and this is correct. Tier 1 is Frozen, Illuminations, Test Track, Soarin.

Yeah just the fact that it's already operational means it's confirmed. Disney does that to keep us on our toes

This is great news. It was one of my favorite #2's and we always used it. We had to skip last trip, since it was a tier 1.

We never had trouble getting this as a tier 2 when it used to be tier 2.

So happy about this change!
