Character Sightings

For those that have been to Aulani since April 18th, have you been able to see characters more around the resort? What was that like? Do you have experience from before where they were socially distanced. I have seen opinions on both sides whether or not they liked it.

Have been here for a few days and we’ve seen Mickey, Donald, Moana, Stitch, Shellie May, Olu Mel, Goofy, and Minnie all either stationary (allowing people to line up for photos) or just randomly roaming and stopping for hugs, photos, and high fives. We were told “Mickey can hug now!” at Makahiki yesterday too so it seems like all is back to normal.
