Character meets at resorts at Christmas

Does anyone have info on when the characters start meeting at resorts around Christmas? I know this isn’t advertised except on each resort’s activity schedules usually. We met a few characters at resorts on Easter Sunday but it was during the morning, I had heard at Christmas it’s usually during the evenings. Thanks!

I don't have info on when it starts, but I can confirm that when we went the week before Christmas last year, characters were meeting at WL and CR in the evenings. I believe they started around 5 pm, but my memory is foggy. At WL, we saw Minnie, Mickey, Pluto and Goofy and at CR we saw Chip and Dale. They were all dressed in holiday costumes and they were absolutely adorable.

Thank you! I’ll bet they were! I was hoping to hop to a few resorts after we leave MK at 6 (a party night) so seems like the timing may work out to stop by the monorail resorts. This will be our last day at Disney so was hoping to end it with some characters before we head home.
