Character Meet 'N' Greet Photo at Epcot

Do they still have the Character Meet 'N' Greet photo free for Disney Visa cardholders daily between 1:30 PM and 4:30 PM at Innoventions West at Epcot?

What exactly do you have to do to get the free photo. We have the Visa and have never taken advantage of the promo.

When you get there, sometimes there is a line and sometimes not. We usually go in October. When you get closer to the front of the line, you will be asked to produce your Disney Visa card. If you don't have it, then you can't stay. Go inside for the picture and give them the photopass card (or they will give you one). They will give you a coupon to take with you to photo place at front of the park for the free 5X7. I can't remember the name of it. If you use your photopass card, then you can pick any picture (from any theme park). They may have changed this. I think the picture has to be developed in Epcot before you leave the theme park, but I may be wrong about the last one.
