How does everyone fill in meet & greets into their schedule? Are there long lines? How do you meet and get autographs from roaming characters? How hard/popular is it to meet the following characters:

- Captain Hook
- The Queen
- Cruella De Vil
- Fairy Godmother
- Pooh & friends
- Donald, Panchito & Jose (DCA)
- Mad Hatter
- Sulley (DCA)

Cruella is typically near the front, and Pooh & Friends are in Critter Country just outside the Pooh ride. If you flip to "characters" on the app, you can see where they are and the times they are out for that day.

You can use the app to try and see where they are and what time.

Captain Hook, The Queen and Mad Hatter rove around fantasyland, sometimes they stop for pics/autographs in one spot (line no more than 5/10 mins) or sometimes they'll walk around, you can ask to walk with them and get a pic/autographic as they walk, just be aware of who else is walking with them/ was trying to get pics first. It's good with the character that are walking around to have fun with he experience/ get candid/ in the moment photo's, as they like to mess around and have fun when they're roving! But they're also often happy to sign/ take posed pics.

Pooh and friends meet in critter country and their line is in the 10-20 minute wait time, you meet 2/3 for the one wait.

Cruella de Vil is normally near the front gate/ in town square, similar to the character's in Fanatsyland sometimes she roams around the area, sometimes she stops and make a line.

Fairy Godmother is in Fantasylan near the ornament store, or the area around it. Or she is at Minnie's Breakfast at the Plaza Inn

Definitely check the app for Sulley. IIRC, he doesn't appear every day. Some days have Sulley and others have Mike Wazowski. Occasionally, they are available together.

Trying to get through all the Character Lines can eat up a bunch of time.

I found scheduling a Character Breakfast is a fast way to get the autograph books started without standing in the lines.

The first week of December I took my two youngest grandkids DGD-15 & DGS-17. December 1st at PPH CB we saw Minnie, Donald, Daisy and Stitch. Only four for that one. On Dec. 3rd at the Plaza Inn CB we saw Chip & Dale, Rafaki, Pooh, Hook, Fairy Godmother and Eyore. Seven for the Plaza.
The buffet is also a great way for me to be sure the kids have enough food.

On Dec 18th I had a Plaza Inn CB reservation with my two oldest grandkids DGS-25 & DGD-24. The Characters were out in force this morning. We scored an autograph and visit with the following Hook, Geppetto, Eyore, Chip & Dale, Rafaki, Fairy Godmother, Max, Tigger, Pooh and Minnie.

The Plaza has always been good for us to grab several character interactions all while having breakfast.

I have learned to allow at least 1 to 1.5 hours for the Plaza CB.
I also like to book the first reservation during one of the Magic Morning days, when we Do Not have MM.

As for the other Characters, we line up with everyone else.
