Character meet and greets

On the positive side we are doing a DCL cruise and I have been able to book meet and greets with Elsa and Anna and the 5 princesses isn't that fantastic!

Just an FYI, our experience on DCL is that the Princess Gathering is either 3 or 4 princesses. On our last cruise (Dream), we had 4. They were Snow White, Cinderella, Belle, and Rapunzel. On other cruises, we've also seen Tiana and Ariel. Even without the booked meet and greets, most character lines aren't as long as at the parks. The exception being on Pirate Night when the lines can get long with people wanting pictures of the characters in their pirate garb. A tip is to arrive at the line about 10-15 minutes before the character you want to meet. In most cases, that will put you either at the front of the line for the character or just a few families back. Enjoy your cruise!

Oh great thanks for the tips! I would be happy with any number of princesses! All a bonus in my book. It's a Halloween cruise also so there should be some cool Halloween characters!

Your post brought me to tears. How kind! I am blown away by your offer. Real sweet. We are going to be in WDW 18th 26th September then we are on the cruise so we will miss you by one day as we arrive late on the 18th. But I cherish what you said. Means the world to me. Well shucks. Missed you by || much. We haven't done a cruise yet but it's on the list. For Anna and Elsa last time we bought the Frozen childrens book they sell at the gift shop and brought a silver and gold metallic sharpie. Gold for Anna and Silver for Elsa and they autographed and added embellishments to the cover. It was so cool. Anna drew butterflies and flowers and Elsa drew snow flakes and ... well ice.

What a lovely idea for those autograph books! Was that a gift shop in MK? Oh yes the children would love the cruise and so would you. So much for all to do and see as ever with Disney. Shame with regard to missing one another. We go every year so maybe another time!

If you can get to the meet and greet 10-15 minute early you might be one of the first ones there the line do move fast you go sit picture for the most part. So even if the line looks long get in it and see how fast it moves you can always get out if need be
