Character Meet and Greets

Just wondering if there's a thread on here where I can find info on where to look for specific characters? Is there a list posted somewhere where one can meet character X, Y, or Z? Whether it's at DL, DCA, specific hotel, or character dining experience? Halloween time is of particular importance . Thanks.
