Character Meet and Greet Fast Pass Question

So already thinking through my trip for Feb 2015 and FP+ strategies - if we are lucky enough to score Anna and Elsa FP for my daughter and niece does everyone who waits in line need the FP or only the person meeting them?

To clarify - to wait in line with my daughter to meet Anna and Elsa do I need the FP too? Or can I just make one for her?

Everyone needs a FP to get in...even if only your daughter wants to actually meet them.
