Character Meals

Is everything included in the character meals (taxes and gratuities?) If not does anyone know a ball park figure for taxes?

Taxes and gratuity are not included in the price. I think the sales tax is 4%, but not sure on that.

Sales tax varies across the island from 4-4.5% - Ko Olina is 4.5%.
