Can someone confirm the Crystal Palace character lunch and dinner is 1 table service and any feedback? I'm looking to possibly go to a character meal, I've done Lilo and Stitch at Poly and 1900 Park Fare already. Seems like C.P. is the best value perhaps.

Thank you!

All character meals with the exception of Cinderella's Royal Table are one table service credit.

We love CP for dinner while at WDW. It is a must for us. The restaurant itself is cute, the characters are cool and for 1 TS credit the food is pretty good.

I consider both Boma and CP as having the best buffet food in Disney. For being inside a theme park, CP is pretty good. Definitely better variety and choices than Chef Mickeys, and I rate CP slightly above 1900 Park Fare too.

I would NOT recommend Crystal Palace. This was the worst Disney dining experience I have had in over twenty years of going to WDW yearly.

We were a party of seven (two first timers, a mom and a 7 year old) and ate lunch there last week. Even though we had reservations, we still had to stand outside in the 90+ degree heat for about a half hour. Once we got inside to eat, it took over two hours for the four characters to come to our table. For the first timers, two hours was way too long to wait for characters, so they left (after seeing two characters in about an hour) to go enjoy other areas of the MK.

In addition, the food was not that good - lots of carbs, tough steak from the carving station, etc.

I spoke to a manager who basically could have cared less. He and other CMs there said it takes about 1.5 -1.75 hours to see all four characters. I said that was ridiculous considering how many people want to eat there (based on how many other guests were waiting outside). Also, for someone who has a limited amount of time to visit the parks, taking two hours for lunch is way too long for children and for adults.

I highly recommend The Crystal Palace. We do it every year and is probably our favorite buffet at WDW. Great fun and cute characters - can't beat it :-)

The Crystal Palace is a must do for us each trip. The characters are great and we consider it one of the best buffet's.

We either do an early breakfast (get into the park before opening) or dinner.

Enjoy!!

CP is a must do for me!! I love it for breakfast!! We're going to be trying 1900 Park for dinner on our honeymoon. looking forward to that as well. :)

We didn't like CP. It was odd to us because the breakfast buffet was the exact same selection as what we had at Hollywood and Vine but it tasted great at H&V and it was nasty at CP. How does that happen? The biscuits were rock hard, so were the waffles, everything was just... bad.
