Character Meals

I called the WDW Dining Reservations number just to "see" if there were any character meals open while we are there, and we got into 2 of them!!!!! We leave 8-6 for WDW and I didn't think we had a chance at getting into any character meal. I am so excited!!!!!!!

We are going to Donald's breakfastasaurus when we are in AK and then the other is Chef Mickey on a day when we are at MK so we are near where we need to go.

As someone that didn't know anything about WDW when I made our reservations, I didn't know about character meals or to make dining reservations when I booked our trip. But it's OK now because we get to go to 2 of them. I don't care if they are less desirable ones or not, I'm just happy to get in!!!!! My kids are going to LOVE it !!!

The lady that I talked to on the phone was SO nice. I had no idea which ones to go to so I just said I have 3 kids: DD11, DS9 and DS3 and that I needed something that all 3 will enjoy. So these are the 2 she recommended. When I told DH he said "why not the princess one??" Hmmmmm, wonder why?

I'm a little bummed that my DD11 is considered an adult when it comes to prices, but that's OK. She's worth it.

I can't wait!!!!!!

Yeah for you! By the way, Chef Mickey's is a great place to meet the characters. My family loves it!! We haven't been to the other one, but I hear that is great too!

Congratulations! You will have a great time! Chef Mickey's is one of our favorites. We have not done Donald's, but we have loved all the character meals we have ever done. Your kids will have so much fun!
