We fancy booking a character meal for May.

What are your experiences/ suggestions please.

TIA, Verity.xxx

hiya

we really enjoy crystal palace for breakfast or dinner, nice atmosphere great food.

I have also heard great things about chef mickey though it always seems very crowded when we go by

Verity I can talk for England about character meals you know :teeth:

Do you think a less noisy one might be best for you with Evie?

If so I reccommend thoroughly the breakfast at Cape May Cafe at the Beach Club. There was a fantastic array of food (Krispy Kremes, anyone? ;) ) and the chracters were great.

I also really liked Crystal Palace :)

DDs' favourite is Chef Mickey's :)

Have fun deciding :thumbsup2

We did 1900 Park Faire brekkie in 2004 at the GF. It was fabulous, not too crowded and loads of character interaction (Tigger, W the P, Eeyore, Mary Poppins, Mad Hatter, Alice). The food was yummy too :thumbsup2

Our favourite is Chef Mickeys. We have also done, Breakfastasaurus - AK, Garden Grill - ECPOT, Chystal palace and one at WL (I think). Kids all seem to love Chef Mickey's,

i did ohana for breakfast and crystal palace for lunch. Both fantastic.I highly reccomend it for the disney experience :thumbsup2

We've done Park Fayre 1900 & donalds breakfastsaurus for Breakfast & Crystal Palace for Dinner.

I would recommend all 3

I think the easiest may be to decide on which characters you want to see & go from there.

Our favourites are Liberty Tree Tavern for dinner and Donald's Breakfastasurus for breakfast both are very noisy. We have also done Crystal Palace, breakfast, lunch and dinner and Chef Mickey's again both of these restaurants are mega noisy. CRT for breakfast was busy going in but surprisingly quiet once we were in the castle.

we've done Chrystal Palace, Cape May, Breakfastasaurus, and 1900 Park Fare for breakfast and Chef Mickey's for dinner...

the only one we didn't like was 1900 Park Fare....we would never do that again.....but we would be happy to do any of the others....

I would highly recommend Chef Mickey. We did both the breakfast and the supper. We highly enjoyed ourselfs!! Food was great!! Charecters were awesome!!! Staff was wonderful!! And we went in June so it was busy, but we saw Mickey atleast 3-4 times during our meal!!! Chip and Dale even got my boys up to dance with!! Now it was alittle loud and rowdy, but hey, we were on vacation, we came with our kids to have a good time, and that is exactly what we got!! The buffet was excellet both day and night!! Good luck making your decisions, and have a blast on your trip!!

Is CRT any good for breakfast? I'm still torn about whether to suprise mum with brekkie there.

we ejoyed it last year, there was just me and chris, very nice enviroment nice food too

My fave three are

1. Chef Mickey's - great buffet food, lots of interaction with characters (but may be a bit too noisy for Evie)

2. Princess Storybook, Norway, Epcot - lovely food (brought to your table), again lots of interaction with the Princesses (but not as noisy as CM)

3. Crystal Palace - again lovely buffet food, great if you love Pooh & Friends (but can also get a bit noisy)

Have fun planning your ADR's

Mandy :)

I think we would like a quietish venue with the classic characters. Minnie, mickey etc. any further thouhgts?

Quiet with Minnie, Goofy and Chip and Dale would be Cape May at the Beach Club - how about that ? :)
