Character meals outside of the parks?

What are our options? Are any of them NOT a buffet?

I think they are all buffet now because I heard they removed the a la carte option at the Storyteller's character meal. You have Storyteller's at the GCH, Surf's Up with Mickey at the PPH, and Goofy's Kitchen at the DLH for breakfast. Goofy's is the only option for dinner.
