Ok, I know that there is a running thread about the character meals but those don't get read much. I didn't know that they even had character meal at the hotels until Spidey mentioned it. The question is, at what restaraunts in the hotels are the character meals and are they still on the days posted on the other thread, which I believe was MT for RPR and Sat for HRH and I believe Friday for Portofino. Also, is the menu the same as normal or varied for the character meals like Disney does.
I was all bummed out that the character breakfast at IOA was only on weekends but am now psyched that they do have dinners. Guess I'll have to read closer from now on.

PS any recomendations as to which are better is appreciated, though we will probably be doing one at RPR if they have it.

I believe the days are the same, but someone correct me if I am wrong. Usually the characters are Woody Woodpecker, Scooby Doo and Shaggy. The menus do not change from what I understand. All the resorts get great reviews, but people seemed to enjoy the RPR Islands dinner alot.

Hi I too am looking forward to a character dinner at the resort but they have recieved mixed reviews from many guests but the one which so far has recieved the most positive reviews was the
TrattorioDelPortaBuffett charctmeal at the PBH and this is held on a friday night the no I have for character meal reservations is
407-503-3463 the other tip I got for this was to try the marshmallow milkshake at this restaurant:jester:

Thanks guys. Here I am writing that if they don't have the character breakfast at the park then they should at least have one at the hotel and they already do. DUHH. I guess I should have read the permenant thread first. I can't wait. Thats half the fun fo these places is the interaction for the kids with the characters.

I think HRH is sat night as for characters they are just as thwy come although shaggy and scooby seem pretty frequent:jester:
