Character meals and costumes

I had a thought earlier, and was wondering if anyone here could help me out.

I know the unspoken rule is that anyone over 10 cannot wear a costume into the park, except for hard ticket events like PPP. Well, we (all party members over 21!) are going to the MNSSHP in September. We have a BBB appointment in the morning, then dinner at 1900 Park Fare.

Now, originally, we were going to go to dinner in costume so that we could go straight to MK from GF and get on with the fun. But it occurred to me if the same rule about costumes and parks applied to character dinners and costumes.

So, does anyone know if we (adults) can wear costumes to the 1900 Park Fare dinner???? :confused3

You may want to call them directly and see what the "rules" are for that. There may be exceptions for the "Halloween Party" nights.

We ate at Chef Mickeys before a MNSSHP night an there were a ton of adults in costume...they ate before the party too. I think you will be ok

I can see why Chef Mickey's would be okay because it's costume characters. What worries me about 1900 is that it's face characters. If no one here has an answer, I will take your advice maj42169, and check when we get to Florida (it's not until later in our holiday anyway). Thanks guys!
