Character meal voucher question

Is there a list of eateries that accept or do not accept the character meal vouchers? Does White Water Snacks, for example, accept the voucher?

From the page where you add Charater Dining...
Character Dining. Receive one voucher for each person in your travel party** for one breakfast at any of these locations:

• Minnie & Friends Breakfast (Plaza Inn, Disneyland Park)
• Surf’s Up! Breakfast with Mickey & Friends (Disney’s PCH Grill, Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel)
• Chip ‘n’ Dale’s Critter Breakfast (Storytellers Café, Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa)

Premium Character Dining. Receive one voucher for each person in your travel party** for one meal at either of these locations:

• Goofy’s Kitchen - breakfast or dinner (Disneyland Hotel)
• Ariel’s Disney Princess Celebration - breakfast or lunch (Ariel’s Grotto***, Disney California Adventure Park)

In the fine print: May be applied up to its retail price at any full-service or counter-service restaurant. Not valid for alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, room service, holiday buffets and merchandise. No change given. So it would seem you can do this, but need to watch out for losing money due change not being given.

You do not have to use them for a character meal though. You can use the cash value at the TS and CS places in DLR (not DTD though).

Yes OP...you can use them at Whitewater Snacks.
