Character Meal Question

Hi all,
I am planning to collect signatures on fabric squares to make an autograph Quilt after my trip. Since it has been 7 years since my last trip, I am wondering about how many characters are at each character meal so I can guess how many squares to prepare before leaving home. If it helps here is the list of meals we have reservations for:
Crystal Palace for lunch
Chef Mickeys for brunch
Lilo and Stitch Breakfast (at the Polynesian)
Minnie's Garden Party dinner (At Hollywood and Vine)
Tusker house dinner

CP has 4 characters. Pooh , piglet, eyoyre, tigger
CM has the fab 5 Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Goofy, and Pluto
Ohana has 4, Mickey, Pluto, Stitch, LILO
TH has 4 Mickey, Donald, Daisey, Goofy
HV had 5 when we were there. Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisey, and Goofy.

From what I remember, the following characters are typically there:

Crystal Palace - Pooh, Eeyore, Tigger, Piglet
Chef Mickeys - Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Goofy, Pluto
Ohanas - Lilo, Stitch, Mickey, Pluto
Tusker - Mickey, Daisy, Donald, Goofy

Not sure about Hollywood and Vine

IIRC, the characters at H&V will not sign autographs - you'll get a photo or card of the characters that's been signed.
