Character Meal Lunch Options in December??

My BIL & family will be coming to WDW for 5 days on 12/15.

What are their options for LUNCH character meals?

Also what time do character meals generally open at for lunch?

Let's see...

There are the princesses at Cindy's Table at MK and Akershus in Epcot
Pooh & Friends at Crystal Palace at MK
Disney Jr characters at Hollywood & Vine at HS

That is all I can think of, and I think most of these open for lunch at either 11:00 or 11:30.

You will have more character dining options if you eat at either breakfast for dinner....not lunch.
