Character M&G List?

I know that Kenny has the list of locations and times for all the available characters for WDW but I was wondering how character M&G worked for DL because I can't seem to find locations or times guide.
Can someone point me in the right direction?
I'm mostly interested in the characters that don't meet at WDW
Thanks so much!

The park map will list specific M&G locations, but what it won't list is "random" M&Gs.

In Disneyland you have "random" characters on Main Street throughout the day. This includes Mickey and the gang and a few surprises. The Princesses and Tinkerbell have assigned M&G locations just outside the hub. Pooh and friends meet in Critter Country outside their ride. And Mickey and Minnie can be found in/near their houses and the gang can be found wandering Toon Town. Those are the only specific M&G at DL, unless there's an event like the Spring Roundup. Characters like Peter Pan and Alice can be found around Fantasy Land, but they do not have specific locations. I've seen Brer Fox and Bear in Critter Country too. You can ask a character CM (those working with characters) for specifics about a character you're looking for.

At DCA "random" meetings of Mickey and friends in period clothes can be found on Buena Vista St, and Oswald has a M&G location there too. Disney Jr. Characters are often found outside the theater and Incredibles and Monster's Inc. characters can be found on Buena Vista. Anna and Elsa now meet at the Character Close up, they're the only ones with FP right now, though Olaf may be getting something different with his Snow Fest closing. Lightning McQueen and Mater rotate in Carsland outside the Cozy Cones and Red can be seen there as well as DJ who does a dance show. Donald is often found at the beginning of the pier in a gazebo. The Toy Story gang has a M&G set up near the Garden Grill. You can sometimes find characters from UP at the playground in Grizzly. Minnie Mouse, dressed as a pilot, can be found in the airfield after her show and sometimes at other times. And Flick can be found in Bugsland. That's all I can think of right now.

Each hotel and both parks have a Character Meal with various characters too. Again, if you're looking for someone specific, ask a CM.

Thanks so much for the information! That's frustrating for someone who's used to planning everything down to the meet and greets.

Olaf is no longer meeting at DL? He's definitely one I'm interested in meeting.

Olaf is meeting in DCA.

The Disney Parks Blog had an entry announcing that Olaf's Snow Fest was ending on April 30, but that Olaf himself would continue to meet guests after that. The location had not been determined.

Yes, this is what I meant. Currently Anna and Elsa have FP and none of the other M&G do, but Olaf could be getting something similar since they've been using return pages and tickets. It hasn't been announced what they're doing with him after April ends. I really hope he doesn't melt away. We haven't been to the parks since December, and I'd like to take the kids to see him.

On a different thread, another poster indicated that the Olaf M&G no longer uses the pager system (changed happened somewhere around Easter) and now they are issuing Return Tickets to see him (similar to how they've set up things for A&E).

Yes I said return pagers and tickets. They're not real FP for Olaf though. It's just a return ticket good for the entire party. The A&E FP you have to get with your tickets, one for everyone in your party.

My point was that in another thread, a fellow Dis'er said that they are no longer using the pager for Olaf. So I was just clarifying that they are using a Return Ticket system for him, which is closer to the A&E system, but still different from that and also different from the rest of the FP system used in the parks. I don't think we're saying anything contradictory to each other, but I was just trying to point out a recent change so that folks don't go to Olaf expecting to get a pager and end up being surprised to find out that the system has changed since it was first debuted.
