How do you find out where the characters will be and when?

Is Tigger ever out and about?

You can ask at Guest Services at any of the parks and some may be in the times guide. Tigger meets daily at Town Square on Main Street in the Magic Kingdom. He also is at the Crystal Palace for breakfast everyday, but you'll need reservations for that. He also meets at Epcot sometimes at the UK pavillion in one of the shops. I'd love to know character locations/times too! In particular, I am bent on getting a pic w/ Figment but have heard he's hard to track down. Has anyone done a photo shoot w/ Figment lately???

I don't believe he meets anymore.

On each park map is a Mickey hand symbol to tell you where character meetings are occuring. On the supplemental times sheet you get at the park entrance you'll find the specific hours and character info. (Doesn't mean there won't be spontaneous one's either.)

There is always a Pooh character meeting area at AK on your right hand side as you go from the park entrance toward Dinosaur. There is a matching Mickey-hand sign to mark the path you'll do down and you'll see these in the parks to match your map.

We've also met Tigger inside the gift shop at Toontown in MK across from Barnstormer ride. There is usually 2-3 lines you can get into to meet characters and there is a sign above each line so you know exactly who you're waiting to meet.

Tigger and Pooh make appearances daily at MK in the main street garden area. Tigger also appears at AK on discovery island's boat dock.
