Character dinning w/ 2 DB and DD

I have 2DB (5 & 9) and will be going w/ another family with a girls (9). For sure she wants to go to one of those princess tea party or buffet. I don't mind going for 1 dinner to the princess theme dinning. Seems like most of the character dinning are w/ princesses. any recommendation for boys character dinning. I really want to see something like toy story or cars...which i don't think there is any though.
Anyone has comment for the Mickey backyard BBQ? Thanks.

There are also of great character meals on offer. Tusker House is wonderful at AK, with Mickey, Pluto, Daisy, Donald and Goofy in their safari Gear.

There aren't any meals with Cars and Toy Story. I beleive there is a PlayHouse Disney Breakfast at Hollywood Studios.

Chef Mickey is also great with the Fab 5 appearing

How about princess theme dinning, which one will u recommend?

Anyone been to the T-Rex in Disney downtown? is it like the rainforest cafe? it looks nice, but don't know my 5 year old will get scare by the big dino.
