Character Dinners?

Which character dinner would you choose... Chef Mickey's or Crystal Palace?
We like the characters at both, but which has the better food?
We are planning on doing these on our arrival day. It will be me and DD18.

For the food, Crystal Palace. Service is better there too based on personal experience. However if you have never done Chef Mickey it is still something I would recommend. But to answer your question about which one, if only one, I would choose CP.

You are likely to get strong recommendations and aversions to both on here though.

If you really can't decide at the end of it all, ask yourself whether you would prefer to stay in the park or if you are happy to leave when it's time for dinner.

Chef Mickey's is a lot of fun. You get to meet Mickey and his gang. Be sure to stick around for the "celebration". Everyone is singing, dancing, and you get to twirl your napkin over your head! Of course, the food is not out of this world, but it is good buffet food.

My vote is for CP. Unfortunately, we've had terrible service on the last two visits to Chef Mickey's. I thought that the first time was just a fluke, but the second time I started to wonder what was going on.

The food was very good at both: I love the parmesan potatoes at CM and the fire roasted corn spoon bread at CP.

Crystal palace. I think their food is much, much better.

Crystal Palace, no question. The food at Chef Mickey's ranges from mediocre to atrocious.
