Character dining?

I understand from reading the FAQ and Universal parks and hotels offer character dining. Can anyone please give a list of the particular restaurants, where they are located, and what characters will be there? Also, do the characters at the meals sign? Thank you so much for your input.

I'm not sure. I was looking on the website and they show Scooby Doo and Curious George.

I am in the process of planning a summer trip. When I call the resort later on today, I will ask them who the characters and post back on here.
