Is it true character dining with my 10 year old daughter who is only 70lb (she still wears size 6-7 clothes at times) will cost me adult prices? Say it ain't so! :scared:

Yes, Disney considers all children 10+ "adults" for dining and ticketing purposes.

The line had to be drawn somewhere and Disney chose to make it 10 y/o. If they need adult park tickets, then they also pay adult dining prices, no matter how much they eat.

She's 10, it's adult prices. At a buffet or family style her size and the amount she eats is irrelevant, it's strictly by age.

They're probably betting that parents would do anything to make their kids happy, cause, yep I would, despite the $20 difference
