so a couple of ?'s here.....

liberty tree- i was thinking about sage green and maroon for my colors? that's what they are wearing in my pics. i wanted to do something with a lantern? how that sound to my group? or maybe i could make a tree. dh said an oak tree?

and akershus-the princess all have a different color?? what are we thinking for a color scheme for this place?? i'm thinking there is an old fashion looking sign out front? am i right??

That sounds good. My elements match Minnie's dress perfectly for Liberty Tree Tavern. I really like them. Yours sounds good though

I've never been in Akershus, so I'm no help there! But, what you're thinking for LTT sounds pretty!! I also like the tree idea!

I'm having a terrible time with both of these groups. Sorry I can't be of more help. Wish I could see what others are doing so I can kinda match up. As it is now, I've used a blue & yellow combo for Akershus and a wood-looking type for Liberty Tree. Not really happy with either one, though.

I made my photomats out of maroon and ivory paper with a sage green ribbon trim. Then I'm making a s/l/p (actually it's the menu) with similar colors and a tree faded in the background. As soon as I finish (hopefully tomorrow ) I'll post pics.

Good morning, everyone!! I just looked at the first post and realized our next check-in is this Friday (how is May 9th so soon???). Let's change that to next Monday--May 12th. Just check in and let me know how you're doing and if you think you'll be done on time or if we need an angel. This is our super-busy time at work so I'll have to send back duplicates if we don't have time to get an angel.

I made my photomats out of maroon and ivory paper with a sage green ribbon trim. Then I'm making a s/l/p (actually it's the menu) with similar colors and a tree faded in the background. As soon as I finish (hopefully tomorrow ) I'll post pics.

thanks! i have the colors good in my head i just can't get a feel for what to make or do. and i'm having a problem with akerhaus. i have no color scheme for that one either. all i can think of is Belle greating you at the door. but my coworker said snow white greated them at the door. i'll have to check out my pics again.

They change who greets you at the door- we had Ariel in the wedding gown when we went. The inside is all wooden in color so I would suggest going princessy with brown as your accent color to match the pictures. You can end up seeing any of the princesses there so it doesn't matter which you are doing.
