I haven't done the Cape May breakfast. I wanted to keep it kinda generic.....what is a good color scheme?

I believe the colors are light pink, green, yellow, and blue. The characters wear bright swimsuits for meeting.

I'm having a terrible time with both my groups. Not happy with anything I've come up with. I can't seem to get the colors right for liberty tree. Everything seems so dark and dreary about it. Guess it's not a colorful restaurant.
Akershus is ok....what I've come up with seems pretty princessy to me. That restaurant is also pretty dark and dreary except for the princesses.
Why, oh why didn't I pick something colorful like Chef Mickey's. I know why....because they are two of my favorite character meal places to eat. Oh well, will work on them some more this weekend. Maybe I'm just being too picky. Can you tell I've had a terrible day? Complain, complain, complain.
I won't post again until I'm feeling happier.

No worries about your stuff - it's probably fab, but we are our worst critics!

When I think of Liberty Tree Tavern, I do think of dark/muted colors, so I can see that your stuff would reflect that - if you chose bright, happy colors, then I think that would be odd because that just wouldn't seem to fit.

I've never eaten at Akershus scared1: - that and Le Cellier's are the only two restaurants I have never eaten at WDW - not vegetarian friendly menus) - so can't help you there. But I would think that anything princessy would be fine.

Oh, and you should always post when you have a bad day - I do! - but I end my post with "UUGGHHH!" It kind of makes me feel better. Good luck with things - hopefully you are feeling better now, if not, then soon.

Thanks for the encouragement. Feeling a bit better today. Started the Akershus pieces last night and they are definitely princessy being pink and white. I don't have the topper to do so I guess it won't matter. It's just very difficult this being my first swap. I don't want anyone to say "What was she thinking!"

I picked Liberty Tree because it was one of our favorite places to eat and also because it isn't there anymore. Have tons of pics to do and no ideas at all for it. Am kinda limited with the carts I have and I don't have scal yet. Trying to work it into the budget but won't have it for a month or so, more if I keep hitting Michaels and AC Moore.

THanks for the offer Susie. I don't know what to do. Really want to do this one but am struggling. Nothing seems to come together right. Can I PM you in a day or so to let you know?
